Baked before
the sun's up.
Baker and Farmer starts baking at 5 am every day. By the time the doors open, the counter holds a full spread of fresh pastries, bread, and breakfast bakes. Nothing sits overnight. When it's gone, it's gone.
The café side pours specialty coffee all day alongside a short, well-considered breakfast and brunch menu.
Full MenuRooted in the coast.
Baker and Farmer sits at the heart of Pottsville, a small beach town on the far north coast of New South Wales. The name says it plainly: this is a place that honours the people who grow and make things. The bread comes first, shaped by hand and baked in the early hours. The bar opens naturally from it.
Baker and Farmer serves the Pottsville community seven days a week, from the first surfers through the door at dawn to the families and friends who linger over lunch and a cold drink in the afternoon. There are no rigid divisions here. The kitchen and the bar belong to the same room, the same crew, and the same idea: good food and drink, on the coast, every day.
